Be Creative and Appreciate Creativity. I choose this tag line as my brand logo because if we are not creative in our life then our life becomes boring and we are not able to fight back to our problems. It helps to boost our confidence and lead us to right path that we want to achieve. But One key point always keep in mind that if we have not ability to appreciate others work then we never be creative in our life. Therefore, always encourage others if we want to successful in our life.

SII and MBTI Assessments

SII Assessment

I took the SII assessment and my theme code is “CAS” which is Conventional, Artistic, Social. The test results are perfectly match with my previous work and my current goals. I did web designing few years back and right now I am pursuing my degree in the Computer field.. I am social person because I am family oriented and I like to go out with friends, family and also I like to help them in their work.

MBTI Assessment

I took the MBTI assessment and my personality type is “ESFJs” which is Extroversion, Sensing, Feeling and Judging. I totally agree as I tend to focus on the outer world of ideas and impressions. I prefer to finish my work at time mostly and planned it ahead. I am very emotional to my family and friends. I like to spend my time with them and I always put my family before my work.

Reflect on my values

According to me values are the ideas that I believe are important, the things that I rate highly are my values. My highest value themes are conventional, artistic and social. The related jobs associated with these themes are as followed:

• Conventional theme: Programming & Information Systems, Office Management, Taxes & Accounting , Finance & Investing.
• Artistic theme: Culinary Arts, Visual Arts & Design, Performing Arts, Writing & Mass Communication.
• Social Theme: Teaching & Education, Religion & Spirituality, Healthcare Services, Counseling & Helping, Human Resources & Training, Social Sciences.

These values help me to find right career path for me. They are like navigator which helps to set the right goal and then reach at the goal with my effort and determination.
